Bill Chantelois was in a snowmobile accident on Feb. 28, in which he suffered a fractured orbital (eye) bone, fractured ribs, multiple lacerations and significant fractures to his lower legs. As a result of the accident, Chantelois’ legs were amputated, one below the knee and one above it.
